Tim Holland, AIA 2010 Fall Conference Chair

Tim, a founding member of Holland Basham Architects, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Architecture and Harvard University Graduate School of Design.  Tim’s most recent local work includes projects for the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Creighton University as well as the $250 million Midtown Crossing at Turner Park development located at 33rd and Dodge Streets in Omaha.  Tim is active in the development of City of Omaha urban design guidelines and zoning codes and is a member of the community advisory board to find the best value clean solutions for Omaha’s utility systems.  In his spare time, Tim enjoys hunting, photography and volunteering.  In May of 2008, Tim was inducted into the Boys and Girls Clubs of America’s National Alumni Hall of Fame for his support and dedication to the organization.
